Apprentice Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Apprentice Service Technician to join our team. As an Apprentice Service Technician, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with maintenance and repair tasks for our customers' vehicles. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for cars, and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. They must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with maintenance and repair tasks
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Learn to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems
  • As an Apprentice Service Technician, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with maintenance and repair tasks for our customers' vehicles
  • Assist senior technicians with maintenance and repair tasks
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
  • Professional and dependable
  • Safety and customer service oriented
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Entry Level Tech may have work experience
